At Fittest Freakest, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your training. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels, to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5 business days.
